In terms of pixel number

There are no restrictions. Your pictures can be any size.

In terms of the sides ratio

Menu items have a sides ratio of 1.618 to 1 (Golden Ratio).

Categories have a sides ratio of 3 to 1.

Logos have a sides ratio of 1 to 1.

The background picture is displayed differently on different devices (depending on the device’s screen), so it has no fixed frame.

Everything that is above these sides ratio will be discarded on the preview.

Example

You have a 3000 pixels by 1000 pixels picture. And you would like to upload it as a Category picture. This picture will be shown fully because it already has a 3 to 1 sides ratio. The same will be true for 300 pixels by 100 pixels pictures, 450 by 150, and so on.

But if you have 3000 pixels by 1100 pixels picture, only 3000 by 1000 will be displayed and 100 will be discarded (for example 50 from the top and 50 from the bottom).
