Important Information
Do I need to leave a deposit?
Yes, for our daily rentals, we require a deposit of 5,000 AED, held for 21 business days after the car's return in case of any fines incurred during the rental. The deposit will also be used to deduct toll charges (Salik).
Is insurance included in the rental?
Yes, all our cars come with comprehensive insurance included in the rental price. The insurance will cover any accidents that may occur during the rental period. However, if the renter is at fault for the accident, they will have to pay the insurance excess. It’s important to note that the insurance does not cover minor damages like scratches, small dents, or interior damage.
How many kilometers can I drive with the car?
Each rental day includes 250 km of use, except for certain models that have a limit of 200 km. Each additional kilometer will cost $5.
How can I make the payment?
We accept all credit or debit cards, including American Express. We also accept cash payments.
(Please note that any payment made by credit or debit card will incur an additional fee of 4%, and payments made with American Express will incur an extra 5%, including payments made via payment link.)
