The Fiano di Avellino by Feudi di San Gregorio is born in vineyards located in the heart of the enchanting Irpinia landscape.

It is produced solely with Fiano grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks, at a controlled temperature of 16-18°C. Subsequently the wine ages for 4 months in steel on its yeasts before being bottled.
