The pasta is Fettuccini, which we make ourselves from flour and eggs. That is, as they say, in Italy it is "pasta fresco". We also have udon. And also traditional half-potato Italian dumplings called "gnocchi". And two hearty pans to soften the planned alcoholic blow.
