Antipasti is a set of homemade sausages produced specifically for our restaurant, exclusively without the addition of pork. Contains sausages of chicken and beef origin.

Chicken roll cooked in tandoor, Vienna and Munich sausage, served on focaccia with olives and black olives.

Bruschetta with cream cheese, chemula sauce, pink tomatoes, roast beef, red onion and capers.

Roasted Ramiro peppers with tonnato sauce, tuna, red onion and capers.

Baked eggplant slices in tomato sauce, with mozzarella, parmesan and smoked cheese.

Thin slices of roast beef with a sauce based on tuna, anchovies and capers.

Beef tenderloin with arugula and truffle aioli, sprinkled with Parmesan.

Frozen salmon slices served with sun-dried tomatoes, capers, red onion, avocado paste and citronet sauce.

Marinated olives served with feta cheese and olive oil. An ideal snack to pair with wine.

Chopped salmon fillet, served with avocado puree, cucumber slices and sibulet onions.
