Served with truffle honey, nuts and figs.

Fresh burrata cheese served with pink tomatoes, arugula and chermoula sauce (a sauce based on cilantro, parsley and anchovy)

A bed of salad prepared on a cream cheese basis, fresh tomatoes and mixed greens are laid out on top, and dressed with olive oil.

Mozzarella cheese is served with baked peppers, dressed with olive oil and anchovy cream.
